Full Colour Inventory Report prices start at £50 NO VAT
Have your own logo displayed on the report and have it remotely signed by the tenant at the property.
Property Inspections from £35 (No VAT)
Includes a full colour report with dated photographs. This service is invaluable for the Airbnb Market and Holiday Lets where the accommodation is fully furnished.
Tenant Find Service Only
With the tenant “find service”, the landlord would become solely responsible for any issues that arise following the commencement date of the tenancy.
Ashley Sample Property Management will carry out our Right to Rent checks, Full Reference and Credit Checks on all prospective Tenants and Guarantors.
The tenant find service only will provide the experienced landlord with the following benefits:
- A rental valuation of your property.
- Local and national marketing including a ‘To Let’ board where appropriate
- Prospective tenants are qualified prior to an accompanied viewing with an experienced agent.
- Advice to the Landlord on any pre-marketing maintenance works to best present the property and to achieve the optimum rent.
- All prospective tenants will be discussed with the Landlord so that a joint decision on the suitability can be achieved.
- Preparing and Signing, as agent on your behalf, a suitable tenant agreement in accordance with the current law.
- Ensuring that Tenants set up their utility providers where necessary and that the local council is advised of the new tenancy.
- Buildings Insurance/Rent Guarantee quotes can be provided by a third party.
- Full colour inventory can be provided at a cost of £50 NO VAT
- Periodic property Inspections with full colour reports can be arranged at a cost of £35 per visit NO VAT.
- Securing a deposit with the Deposit Protection Service
Full Management
In addition to the Tenant Find Service the “Full Management” package also includes:
- A full colour inventory detailing general condition and contents with dated photographs to assist with the deposit return.
- Collection of rental payments, preparation of landlords monthly statements.
- Rent Arrears Chasing.
- Periodic property inspections report with full colour and dated photographs.
- Organising of repair or maintenance with local contractors at the discretion of the landlord. Landlords can opt to use their own trusted contractors.
- Carrying out a full property inspection and inventory check at the end of each tenancy, providing the landlord and tenant receive a signed copy.
- Securing a deposit with the Deposit Protection Service.
